  3. Market your property 360 degrees.  We go far beyond the basics in getting the maximum online exposure for your property.  Ask us and we will give you the list of virtually every online real estate website and your property will be listed there.
  4. Top notch negotiations, we are tough when it comes to negotiations.  Often time we get many more than one offer on a property.  We will use that leverage to get top dollar and terms and many times get more than your asking price if priced right.
  5. We will send postcards to the neighbors letting them know your property is available in case they have a friend or family member who is looking to buy and we will put out signs and hold open houses*
