This section of G-SIG.com is reserved exclusively for loan servicing companies, REO outsourcers, asset managers, and asset management companies.  If you or your company fits in one of these categories please send us an email at clientlogin@g-sig.com and we will provide you with a password to access our broker documents section so you can download PDF copies of all our broker documentation reserved for vendor management.

The "Assign an Asset" area of G-SIG.com is a form to assign us a new asset to manage, list and sell.  The information you enter will provide us everything we need to begin managing listing and selling a new assignment.  If it is easier to email the new assignment you can send it to assignments@g-sig.com instead or call us directly at 561-245-8843.  If we are not already fluent with your system we will learn it.

All of are broker documents are available for download in PDF format from the "Broker Documents" section; W9, E&O insurance, General Liability insurance, Real Estate License, and Real Estate Broker's license.

The "Office Profile" section is exactly as it sounds, a profile of our company as it relates to the default servicing industry.

We also accept new BPO assignments, you can get one done by email us at bpo@g-sig.com or filling out the form at "Assign BPO".

Finally if you have new REO assignments in an area but cannot find an experienced REO broker to manage your assets "Find an REO Agent" has a few resources to help you find what you are looking for.  If you have assignments in South Florida, specifically Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami Dade counties, you don't need this section because GSIG is here to handle them for you.
