David - Broker / Owner:

David's background is in networking technology and information systems. He has brought his knowledge from previous industry experience of systems and implementation to Real Estate. Entering the changing market in 2005 he quickly adapted to a changing market, developing a new style of conducting real estate transactions. With a four year history in real estate, fifteen in computer information systems and a true entrepreneur - he has created a property management and selling machine with GSIG.

Building GSIG from the ground up David has worked in every part of the business. He is well versed in every aspect of REO Transactions such as valuations BPOs, reimbursements, evictions, property management and closing coordination. Focused on developing new marketing and business systems to implement David spends a vast majority of his time on business development.

Jared - Property Manager:

Meet Jared, with an education in engineering & his experience in the industry our property management division is well versed in many of the issues that often arise, especially with REO’s. Property management, repairs, curing code violations, liens resolution, and vendor management are all taken care of by Jared and our property management division. Tanya - Director of Marketing:

Tanya Milin has a BS in Visual Communication from Lynn University and a MA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago(SAIC). She is a marketing genius and has worked for some of the industries finest such as the Trump Institute before arriving at GSIG. She is responsible for marketing every GSIG property listing on the web and to our list of proprietary buyers. She handles everything from buyer lead flow, graphic design, IDX maintenance, and the website. Truly an asset to the company she makes our properties shine and helps get them sold!

Sabrina - Accounting & Reimbursments:

With her extensive knowledge and experience in accounting / bookkeeping, A/R & A/P with such companies as The Four Seasons and property management companies there is no question why our accounting department is known for timely payments, reimbursements, and accounts payable. With the help of Sabrina, GSIG was able to consolidate many practices and procedures which in the past would have taken an immense amount of time, money and resources. Today we are able to emerge as a proficient, productive accounting department all thanks to her help. Omar - Closing Coordination and Marketing:

A graduate of Florida International University’s International Business program and a Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University, Omar is our transactions & marketing coordinator. With his help we have been able to streamline many processes that have saved our company time & money. Marketing for our company to current and potential clients are also implemented with his helping hand. He is responsible for closing all transactions and is the point of contact between our sellers, buyers and their lenders. Omar is responsible for all offers and closing tasks.  He submits all offers as we receive them and is the point of contact for any agent submitting an offer.  He makes sure offers are complete before submitting them, gets addendum's signed and executed and returns executed contracts to the buyer for their lender.
